NAMI California wanted to
empower the Chinese-American community
to promote the importance of mental health to the public in the form of the Mental Health 101 project (Mental Health 101) and eliminate social stigma.
In our own voice
NAMI IOOV's "Our Voices" project demonstrates how to change
public prejudice and misconceptions about mental illness
by sharing the personal stories of people with mental illness.
